It stands for distributor price. The DP is the wholesale price (without VAT) for our customers who have a B2B Pack or higher (even for individual units).

Means Recommended Retail Price. The RRP Rate is the sale price (without VAT) that BigBuy recommends its customers to sell at. Obviously, each distributor must add the VAT corresponding to the country from which it operates.

Due to the value and the characteristics of these products, the discounts have been directly applied to their DP.

After an exhaustive market study, the RRP has been set so that our distributors can be competitive.

It is the selling price that can usually be found in physical shops and stores.

The distributor purchases the items from BigBuy at wholesale distributor price (including single units) and the profit margin is the difference between this price and BigBuy's RRP (Recommended Retail Price). The recommended margins depend on several factors, such as the product family, and can reach up to 70%, though the final margin will depend on the pricing policy that you decide to apply.

Yes, BigBuy tries to give you some guidance with the RRP (recommended retail price), but in your sales strategy you are free to apply the margins of your choice.

There are two requirements to legally issue an invoice:

Registration with the Tax Authorities by submitting the registration form (036 or 037 Form) without an economic cost.

If you do not meet these requirements and you are self-employed, you are increasing the black economy, which results in a lower tax collection by the State and unfair competition against other self-employed workers and SMEs that meet their legal obligations.
