With the Ecommerce and Marketplace Packs, you’ll have access to BigBuy’s synchronisation tools: API and CSV/XML files. These tools let you synchronise catalogue, stock, prices, orders and tracking, depending on the type of integration you use. API: (Automated) ideal if you have a technical team or your own development. CSV/XML: (Manual) available from your control panel. If you want to save time and reduce errors, the most recommended option is to work with our MIP connectors (Multi-Channel Integration Platform).
The MIP (Multi-Channel Integration Platform) is BigBuy’s integration software. It lets you connect BigBuy with your online store or marketplace to automate product publication, stock, prices, orders and tracking. Its main advantage is automation, as it lets you: - Publish products automatically. - Synchronise stock and prices in real time. - Create pricing rules. - Synchronise orders. - Receive tracking automatically. This helps you reduce errors, avoid selling out-of-stock products, save time and focus on growing your sales without needing a technical team or your own development.
Regarding prices: PVD (Dealer Sale Price): this is the wholesale price (excluding VAT) at which you buy products from BigBuy, even from single units. PVR (Recommended Retail Price): this is the sale price recommended by BigBuy (excluding VAT). This price is indicative and non-binding. Each distributor defines their final sale price according to their commercial strategy, adding the corresponding VAT and applying their own margin rules.
No, there is no minimum order at BigBuy. You can buy from a single unit. This lets you work both with a dropshipping model and with B2B purchases without needing to invest in large quantities from the start.
Discounts for large quantities are assessed according to the product, volume and availability. You can also check quantity prices directly on each product page, where progressive discounts are applied according to purchase volume. For more information Academy
At BigBuy, we offer different packs according to the business model: Pack B2B: designed for wholesale purchases, large quantities and also for marketplace fulfilment orders. It is ideal if you want to buy stock and manage it yourself, whether for a physical store, an online store or for sending products to marketplace warehouses. It does not include API or CSV/XML synchronisation tools. Pack Ecommerce: ideal if you want to sell through your own online store. It includes API, CSV/XML and access to the dropshipping service. It also lets you purchase Ecommerce connectors such as Shopify, WooCommerce or PrestaShop and the 360º dropshipping store, which give you access to the MIP (Multi-Channel Integration Platform). Pack Marketplace: this is the most complete pack. It includes all the advantages of the Ecommerce pack and also gives you access to purchase Marketplace connectors. It is ideal if you want to sell on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Carrefour, Worten, Kaufland, etc. In summary: if you want to buy stock, Pack B2B. If you want to sell through your own store, Pack Ecommerce. If you want to sell on marketplaces and have more expansion opportunities, Pack Marketplace.
In addition to packs and connectors, there may be additional costs depending on the business model you choose: Platform fees or subscriptions: each platform may apply its own fees or commissions. Transport for each order: calculated according to weight, dimensions and destination. VAT: applied according to current European regulations and the registered tax details. You can register for free on BigBuy to check the catalogue, review distributor prices and calculate transport costs and delivery times. Full access to the service is obtained by activating one of our wholesale packs. There is no fixed commitment, so you can pause or cancel the pack whenever you need.
